My name is Carol Warren, owner of Groknu Inc., but my clients know me as CJ. It's no secret that small businesses drive the health and wealth of a region. My goal is to make regions strong by making your small business strong.
Who We Are
I'm a Do-Gooder, you caught me. No, I'm not wearing a suit. We, at Groknu, are here to help everyday people who have been in business less than 5 years. Since 2021, we have been helping individuals and small groups realize the potential of their side-gigs, hobbies, and day labor, maximizing their ability to earn income doing work they enjoy.
My mission
My mission is to improve the strength of economic regions. 1. Assist with the transition from hobby to self-employment 2. Grow small business income 4. Advocate for Good Wages Translate into Product Sales 5. Employment Services: Matching People to Positions 6. The Foundation: Working to end homlessness and get low-income families off of welfare.

Confidential Consultation
Every client starts with an initial interview. Afterwards, there are follow-up questions, usually through e-mail. We request financial records and other documentation to assist us in assessing your needs. All of which is CONFIDENTIAL.
Analysis
We conduct a thorough Business Analysis for all clients. This includes clients at all stages; it doesn't matter if you have a store front and just need to increase revenue or if you're a client working with the Non-Profit Foundation and are on the brink of homelessness.
Management
Our Service is highly individualized. As a Think-Tank we are a team of people who come with creative solutions. This includes unusual ideas to bring traffic to your business, fundraising ideas for projects, and even case management for those struggling to pay their bills.
